NB! Always use good footwear

• Set the shaft so that
it is approximately nose height
when the shaft slopes slightly
against you
• Handles must be
below shoulder height
• Set the mop in one step and go down two steps - adjust shaft
• Work with natural upright back, low shoulders and free, uninhibited breath
Work with your feet in a wide position
Let the weight transfer by pushing the weight from leg to leg - "dance" as much as possible.
Keep the tools, for example, mop close to you.
Stand as close as possible to what you will be working with.
Move around to avoid twists.
Bend at the hip, knee and ankle when you have to work low, for example, washing or vacuuming under the sofa, bed, table, empty garbage etc.
