Semy AS uses among other things Labour Inspection guidelines for risk assessment.

​Explanation

All activities in the company where there may be a risk for harm/injury are assessed.

All assessed points are are written down during jobs activities, then the probability from 1 (unlikely)

to 5 (very likely), and consequence from 1 (minimal injury to a person) to 5 (resulting in death) considered.

To determine which activities should be prioritized first graded numbers at the event from both the probability and consequence multiplied with each other.
