When placing the rat / mousetraps they must always be placed such as children, birds or other animals cannot easily gain access. It must be placed behind something or with something heavy upon it to prevent easy access.

Always wear gloves when handling dead animals.

Always use a box that is designed to its use.

The box must lock or another way have a barred that makes you need a tool to get into the box.

The box should be clearly labeled with the number to the Poison information station.

Place the box a little hidden so that children cannot easily spot the box.

The box must not be near a playground or a place where many children gather, if you do not have another option contact an immediate supervisor to discuss solution.

Remember that using poison animals can die inside the walls and then start to smell.
